El hotel es muy acogedor, tiene excelente ubicación (a unas cuadras del centro), todo el tiempo el personal estuvo atento y en todo momento se preocuparon por el bienestar de los huéspedes. La limpieza y comodidad 10/10

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Not only is it beautifully decorated and centrally located, they also offer amazing customer service. We were greeted by a very nice lady that offered us some drinks at her restaurant, Ay Maria, while we waited to check in. Once we checked in we noticed all the amenities offered such as waters, plantain chips, room spray, bath robes, etc. We had a very comfortable stay (only 2 days) but we will definitely be back! On our way to the airport I realized we had forgotten my daughter’s stroller and they were kind enough to send it to us via Uber before our flight left. 10 out of 10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
We recently stayed in this hotel and loved it. The location is very good, within walking distance to Centro. We had a room with a kitchen, which allowed us to make meals with items we ordered through grocery delivery. The property attendants were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
Nos alojamos en la Casona Quetzal el día de los bloqueos en Guadalajara y hemos de decir que nos sentimos muy seguros durante toda la jornada. Nos informaron en todo momento sobre la situación, nos dejaron quedarnos en la habitación hasta que pasó el peligro, y por la noche nos ayudaron a encontrar transporte al aeropuerto. Les estamos muy agradecidos.
Muy buen lugar para descansar y disfrutar de Tlaquepaque, la ubicación es muy cercana al parían y centro, muy buenas habitaciones, muy limpias y cómodas. Tiene clima, Wifi, TV. Sin duda lo consideraría para futuras visitas. Por cierto, muy amables y accesibles

Un lugar increíble para una escapada de fin de semana, súper tranquilo y con instalaciones bellísimas. El trato de todo el personal es increíble y tiene spots súper lindos para fotos. Súper cerca de muchísimos restaurantes y bares está ubicado en el corazón de Tlaquepaque. Es un excelente opción que combina lo moderno y lo tradicional Muy recomendable para pasar una estancia tranquila y agradable
